My stats are thus:-
Back Squat – 3 Rep Max – 65kg.
Dead Lift – 3 Rep Max – 87.5kg
Body shape improving:-
Weight now 12st, 0lbs (9lbs loss)
Inch loss surprisingly not that big, but body fat noticeably reduced and clothes are looser. I now have big muscular buttocks instead of big fat buttocks.
Try not to look at the face. There is nothing that can help me in that department.
